These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of khi.siiea.ai and the KHI Research newsletter service, operated by SIIEA Innovations LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

KHI Research is an AI-generated research newsletter that synthesizes findings from publicly available academic papers and preprints. Articles are produced by artificial intelligence systems, not human journalists or researchers. No original research is conducted. All images are AI-generated unless otherwise labelled.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

In compliance with applicable law, including FTC guidelines and California SB 942, we disclose that:

  • All articles are produced by AI systems operated by SIIEA Innovations
  • All images are AI-generated using AI tools
  • Content synthesizes published academic literature; source papers are cited in each article
  • KHI Research does not conduct original experiments, clinical trials, or primary research

Content should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, or scientific advice.

3. Accuracy and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure articles accurately represent their cited sources. However, AI systems can make errors. KHI Research provides no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Always consult primary sources and qualified professionals before making decisions based on our content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free subscriptions provide access to select content. Paid memberships provide full access and are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your paid membership at any time from your account portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All KHI Research content — including articles, summaries, and visuals — is owned by SIIEA Innovations LLC and protected under applicable copyright law. You may share individual articles with attribution ("KHI Research / khi.siiea.ai") for personal, non-commercial purposes. Systematic reproduction, resale, or use in competing products is prohibited without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
  • Reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Misrepresent AI-generated KHI Research articles as your own original work
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIIEA Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
